G'day and welcome, my name is Ryan Cairns. This brand new Mercedes Sprinter van has been custom built to bring to life a dream and vision, many years in the making. You can indulge in soft serve cones, sundaes, warm choc chip cookies, affogatos and more! All equipment is powered by sustainable energy, including solar power and lithium batteries, so when I'm serving you, there is no loud generator or fumes, and you are supporting a business that is environmentally friendly. Hygiene and integrity are priorities to me, so you can be sure that the strictest food safety practices are followed. Primarily serving my local community on the North Shore, Northern Beaches and Hornsby areas, I can also attend any event in Greater Sydney. Keep up to date on my whereabouts by following this website, instagram and facebook.
